 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT ACCIDENT INSURANCE
The Collective Bargaining Agreement Accident policy covers businesses’ obligations to indemnify employees, or their beneficiaries, in the event of death or disability, for any work-related accident or cause. The capital sums for indemnity are regulated by provincial, autonomous region or national sectoral agreements and are compulsory by law. Non-fulfilment may lead to major penalties if a collective agreement accident policy has not been taken out. |
